Raw material: Fresh wild natural berries of Sardinian myrtle
Berry harvesting: Hand-picking of the myrtle berries (fruits) of Myrtus communis from Sardinia.
Ingredients: Pure alcohol, refined sugar, infusion of Sardinian myrtle berries.
Production process:
Maceration of the myrtle berries in a hydroalcoholic solution: the berries, harvested in December in the mountains of Sardinia by expert foragers and delivered to the company, are infused in pure alcohol. After about three months, the fruit is removed and the precious infusion is extracted and stored in stainless steel silos. With the infusion, and an appropriate mixture of water, sugar, and alcohol, the red Myrtle liqueur is obtained.
Appearance: intense reddish-brown color.
Flavor: wild, harmonious, and full-bodied.
