Berry harvesting: Manual harvesting of myrtle berries (Myrtus communis) from Sardinia.
Ingredients: Pure alcohol, refined sugar, infusion of Sardinian myrtle berries.
Production process:
Maceration of the myrtle berries in a hydroalcoholic solution. The berries, harvested in December in the Sardinian mountains by expert gatherers and delivered to the facility, are infused in pure alcohol. After about three months, the fruit is separated and the precious infusion is extracted and stored in stainless-steel silos. With this infusion, an appropriate blend of water, sugar, and alcohol is used to obtain the red Myrtle liqueur.
Appearance: Intense reddish-brown color.
Flavor: Wild, harmonious, and full-flavored.
