Grapes used: Cannonau 85%, Bovale 5%, Malvasia nera5%, Carignano 5%.
Methods of production: wine-making takes place early mornings by a high qualified staff. Maturing: after the fermentation, the wine will be kept in barriques for about 18 months. Finally, the passage to the bottle.
