Serving suggestions: use it with salami, cheese, salad dressing, pizza and cold pasta. Ingredients: small artichokes, extra-virgin olive oil "Denocciolato di Bosana ", vinegar, salt and natural aromas.
Methods of production: all the vegetables are grown in our " Azienda agricola " in Sassari; and they are cultivated organically, without any additives. All the products are kept in our laboratory in Ittiri ( Sassari ) and covered in extra-virgin olive-oil.
Preservation: to be kept in a cool place, in total darkness to prevent any damage.
Once open, the jars have to be kept in the fridge and eaten in 15 days.
