General features: the colour is ruby red. The bouquet is intense, persistent with a hint of red fruits. The flavour is armonic with a presence of oak wood, due to the refinement in the casks.
Grapes used: Cabernet Sauvignon 100%.
Methods of production Harvest-time: the grapes are picked and strictly selected in autumn, in a sunny and breezy day.At this time, they have reached a herbacious character. Next, the grapes are pressed for 4-5 days, macerated at a temperature of 15°. Finally, they are fermented at 20° for about three weeks. In winter, the wine is kept in oak casks for 18 months, and later moved into bigger containers for few more months.
At last, there is a final maturing obtained in the bottle for 18 months, in a dark cellar at a temperature of 16°.
