The Cannonau grape of Oliena is not only the father of great aristocratic and inimitable wines, but also of some grappas that are extraordinarily characterised by the vine variety scent, its harsh and sunny territory and its location in Barbagia di Nuoro. The "Nepente" Cannonau grappa of Oliena comes from ripe, healthy and humid grape pomaces and from the extraordinary care in the various stages of traditional distillation. This grappa is very clear and is characterised by an intense, lingering and balanced aroma. Its harmonious and pleasantly soft flavour gives a particularly good refinement.
