Suggestions and combinations: to be served at a temperature of 18°C in a large goblet. It´s excellent with red meat, wild boar, Sardinian porceddu, mature Pecorino cheese.

Characteristics: this gorgeous wine has a gloomy red colour, tending to garnet. The bouquet of cherries, liquerice and leather is intense and persistent. The wine offers a well-balanced flavour, with a lot of tannins. The aftertaste is bewitching!!!

Method of production: The Location is: Carignano vines of Santadi, cultivated in the south of Sulcis

Preservation and duration: keep the bottle horizontally in a dark and cool place at a temperature of 17°C.
