In the Isalle vines, there´s a little area where this gorgeous wine is produced. After an experienced wine-making, the must is kept in oak casks for ageing. Afterwards, there´s a period of maturing in the bottle.
Serving suggestions: this wine goes well with roast meat, grilled red meat, game, and mature cheese. It proves also to be the perfect companion to make friends.
We recommend to serve at a temperature of 18°C in wide glasses, to oxigenate the wine at its best.
General information: the colour: intense ruby red, purple.
The taste: dry and austere with a light bitter aftertaste.
