General information: It is a wine with outstanding organoleptic characteristics obtained from a skilled blending of Nieddera (85% ca) with other indigenous varieties, among which are Caddiu, an extremely crisp and fragrant variety.Barrile is initially refined in barriques for 10-12 months, and later in bottles for at least 6 months.Its aroma is intense and fragrant, its taste is full, soft and suavely spicy from the wood.
