The " Monica di Sardegna " is obtained from grapes of the same name. It´s the most cultivated vine in Campidano.A careful wine-making keeps the natural bouquet and nuances of this lovely wine.
This deep ruby-red wine has an intense, fruity bouquet. Its vinous flavour makes it suitable for roast meat, Pecorino cheese; it also accompanies well all the local almond-based sweet pastries. It is aged for at least one year before drinking.
