It is obtained from the fermentation of the must with a strict selection of yeasts at a temperature of 17-20°C for 10-15 days. After this process, the wine matures in steel containers until february, time of bottling. At this point, the wine is lighter.
To preserve the natural, aromatic taste of the Vermentino grapes the wine Petrizza is bottled quickly.
