General information: Straw-coloured, with a good chromatic consistency. The smell is perstistent with tones of exotic fruits, oaks, dry nuts, honey and butter; all blended to give an intense, elegant and pleasant taste. Methods of production Soil composition: calcareous sedimentation.Grapes used: Vermentino blended with other selectionated grapes. Upbringing method: simple cut " Guyot " with 5000 stumps in one hectare.Average vines age: 22.
Total yeld obtained from one stump: about Kg 1,2. Climate: Mediterranean climate with hot and dry weather in summer, and temperate in winter.Harvest- time: september.The wine-making is obtained from a process of cold-pressing, followed by a fermentation of the must in wooden barriques for 6-8 months. Finally, there´s a last process of refiniment in the bottle for few months before selling.
