Alcohol content: 14,5°
General characteristics: straw yellow coloured with greenish reflections. The intense odour is obtained by a blending of aromatic vines that create an excellent bouquet. The taste is fresh, delicate and brilliant.
Grapes used: Vermentino 100%.
Methods of production: the grape harvest is made manually early mornings. Wine-making: the cold-pressing is soft. The must is kept cool at temperature 16-18°C and is monitored periodically.Only Sardinian yeasts are used for ripening.
Preservation: room temperature 18°C, humidity 75%, light monitored, bottle kept horizontally.
