Serving suggestions: excellent with cured meats, cheeses, and fish antipasto.
Ingredients: flour and bran of durum wheat, water, natural yeast, salt and extra-virgin olive oil.
Preservation It lasts for 6 months if kept in a paper bag; one year if packed in a box. Keep in a dry place.
