Serving suggestions: serve it with pork products, pecorino cheese, rice salad, pizza and cold pasta. Ingredients: broad beans, extra-virgin olive oil " "Denocciolato di Bosana" , vinegar, salt and natural aromas.
Methods of production: all the vegetables are grown in our " Azienda agricola " in Sassari; and they are cultivated organically, without any additives. All the products are kept in our laboratory in Ittiri ( Sassari ) and covered in extra-virgin olive-oil.
Preservation: all the preservants are natural. Keep the product in a cool place, in total darkness to avoid the oil to turn rancid. Once open, the vegetables have to be kept in the fridge and eaten in 15 days.
