Serving suggestions: Serve at: 16-18°C. Decant before drinking. It´s excellent with white and red meat, game and matured cheeses.
General features: the colour is a deep ruby red with some purple tones.The smell has some yeld notes with a wooden background. The taste is warm, generous and offers to the palate sensations of soft tannins, mature fruits and a light presence of good oak.
Grapes used: Carignano, well-known red vine of the Mediterranean basin, particularly acclimatized in Sardinia.Preservation Harvest-time: the first week of october. The wine-making is obtained after the pressing, with a fermentation at a temperature of 30°C for 10-15 days.The maturing lasts 6 months in barriques to be completed for another 6 months in the bottle.
