San Giuliano Fruttato Cuore d´Olivo Extra Virgin Olive Oil belongs to the category of medium fruity oils. This oil results from a great tradition and knowledge of oil aimed at satisfying the most demanding palates. Early harvesting of the olives as soon as they start changing colour allows the oil to be particularly fruity and full of polyphenols, qualities which have placed this product amongst the best oils in Italy and the world.
OLIVE VARIETIES: Bosana, Frantoio and Coratina.
ORIGIN: 100% Italian.
PROCESS OF TRANSFORMATION: Mechanically harvested directly from the tree, from the end of September through the end of October. Cold pressed with granite millstones, continuous cycle system, natural decanting and filtering.
SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS: Slightly intense golden yellow colour with light green hues. Medium intense aromas with grassy tones. A decisive spicy palate with hints of artichoke.
HOW TO USE: San Giuliano Fruttato Cuore d´Olivo Extra Virgin Oil is recommended especially for dressing vegetable and seafood salads, steamed vegetables, vegetable soups, red and roasted meats.
