Tasting notes:
This grappa is obtained exclusively from the distillation of Vernaccia grape pomace. It is produced through a meticulous distillation carried out solely by the oenologist Elio Carta, followed by a long aging process in chestnut barrels.

Excellent as an after-dinner drink, it pairs beautifully with chocolates that enhance its intense fragrance, ranging from sea-breeze notes to delicate bitter almond.
