Classification: Pomace Acquavite aged in barrels. Row material: Selected fine pomace from the most typical sardinian grapes, Vermentino, Cannonau and Cagnulari, distilled separately and then blended.
Distillation Method: Artisanal batch steam stills
Aging: Aged 10 months in small wooden casks ( barriques) of Slavonia, French and American oak, acacia and cherry.
Organoleptic characteristics: A well-balanced and full-bodied taste, brilliant and amber colour. To the palate, it reveals a smooth, silky and full taste, rich in special flavours and elegant flagrances. The precious essences of wood offer notes of vanilla, licorice and the rare aromas of the Mediterranean flora.
