Alcohol content: 14°
Vineyard: The district of Berchidda and Oschiri.
Grapes: Vermentino made from 70 years old vineyards cultivated as small trees that yield only 3000 litres per hectare.
Organoleptic peculiarities: A mellow wine with an intense aroma of apples and mature figs, which prevails over the fragrance of Mediterranean maquis, honey and dried nuts.
Preservation: after one year´s ageing, the wine is bottled and let to refine for four months in a cellar.
Accompaniment: This wine goes very well with seafood, shell-fish, in general; excellent with lobster.
Temperature: 10 - 12 degrees. It is recommended to uncork the bottle a short time before drinking.
