Alcohol content: 12,5°
Vineyard: district of Berchidda and Oschiri.
Grapes: purple grapes traditionally used in the Sardinian Muristellu and Carignano grape stokes.
Organoleptic peculiarities: it is a garnet coloured wine, with an ample and compound fragrance, a full and warm taste and an austere, vigorous elegance.
Refinement preservation: after a long macerazion it is put for a year to refine both into oaken wine butts from Slavonia and into smaller kegs, bottled it continues macerating for three months in our cellars.
Accompaniment: big meat roasts and game.
Temperature: 17 - 19° C poured into a carafe for an appropriate oxygenation it expresses its delicate fragance, arona and taste best.
