It is said that over 3,000 years ago, Phoenician sailors reached the shores of our island and introduced the art of salting and curing mullet roe. Today, after careful selection and meticulous manual and visual inspection, only superior-quality roe is processed, one by one. While honoring tradition, modern technologies are used to ensure the highest production standards. An excellent bottarga can also be recognized by its color: a uniform amber hue or with slight natural shades indicates impeccable quality. On the palate, it offers a bold, enveloping, and savory flavor with a distinct taste of the sea.
Storage temperature: keep away from light and heat sources. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 10 days.
