Ichnusa Cruda embodies all the advantages of a non-pasteurized beverage, without compromising on duration. The period of consumption of this raw beer, actually, is up to 9 months, thanks to a brewing process which is radically different from the classic one. It is a beer strongly linked to tradition, but characterized by an advanced technological research.
It is renowned for its fine hoppy aroma, its golden colour and an alcohol content of 4.9% vol. Ichnusa Cruda was born in the centenary of Ichnusa (Chent'annos) from the wisdom of the Sardinian master brewers. It keeps all the aromas of freshly tapped beer thanks to the microfiltration process. It is fresh and natural, with a period of consumption up to 9 months.
The link with Sardinia is clearly seen in the label where there are the 4 Moors and the footprint of the island. The embossed paper, which is used for the label, underlines the elegance and care with which Ichnusa Cruda is produced.
