The most exclusive Capichera white wine and the first single vineyard situated on the family estate.The granitic soils, Mediterranean scrub and sea breezes blowing from the La Maddalena Archipelago lying opposite merge to yield this important white wine which combines complexity, longevity and drinkability - typical characteristics of Capichera whites.The name "Santigaìni" means "October" in the Gallura dialect.

Fermentation: in steel tanks at 16-18°C for 4 weeks

Aroma: intense opening with floral, honey, citrus, aromatic herbs, sea salt and lavender notes which alternate, merge and then reappear in harmonic sequence.
Flavour: full-flavoured, lively and comples; freshness, fruit and minerality create a single texture and give an entirety and an excellent persisten finish
