San Giuliano Modena Balsamic Vinegar is obtained from cooked must from Modena grapes. Optimum ripening and slow ageing in valuable oak, mulberry, chestnut, cherry and juniper casks provide this product with those features that give it such a unique flavor and rich aroma.
ORIGIN: Modena, Italy.
SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS: A glossy deep dark brown color. The aroma is characteristic and persistent, penetrating with an agreeable and pleasant acidity. The well-balanced bittersweet flavor is palatable and full.
HOW TO USE: San Giuliano Balsamic Vinegar is particularly suitable for boiled and roasted meat and fish. We recommend it particularly on more elaborate hot dishes to which it adds a delicate balance of flavors.
The ideal dressing for fresh or steamed vegetables and salads. Excellent for an alternative dressing on Parmesan and mature cheeses, strawberries and ice cream. Balsamic vinegar should be stored at room temperature in tightly closed glass containers, away from food or substances giving off distinctive and strong aromas or flavors.
