Brundu´s pasta goes through a rigorous handmade process, ending its journey just after the important process of bronze extrusion when it is given to the eternal wisdom of our beautiful climate, rich in sun and wind, and with just the right degree of humidity. This is the ideal environment for pasta drying, allowing it to develop excellent flavours and keep its shape while cooking. But it is also light, low fat and rich in proteins, as healthy as the environment from where it comes.
