Artisanal Bluefin Tuna in Olive Oil - Traditional Maturation.
Only the finest cuts are selected for our artisanal processing. The tuna is cooked according to the ancient tradition of the historic tuna fisheries of Buggerru, in large cooking vats. It is then carefully canned in tin containers, covered with olive oil, and left to mature for at least 6 months to develop its full flavor and texture.
How to enjoy it: perfect on its own or paired with a mixed vegetable selection.
