From the land of Campidano comes Fregola - or Fregula.
A simple delicacy made from semolina and water, passed down through generations until it became a true staple of our cuisine. Fregola is deeply rooted in Sardinian tradition. To make it, the ancient and prized Cappelli wheat is used, offering unique nutritional benefits.
