London Dry Gin

Pigskin: a dandy with a hipster soul. Bewitching in the glass, elegant on the nose, it unleashes its energy on the palate. The pride of Elio Carta, its secret lies in its maturation in century-old chestnut barrels used exclusively for aging the products of the Silvio Carta distillery.

Alcohol content: 40% Vol.

Appearance: straw yellow with slight rose-gold hues.

Aroma: an engaging nose; like all gins from Maison Carta, its signature is Mediterranean scrub and aromatic herbs, together with spicy notes of nutmeg and sweeter tones of butter and vanilla.

Taste: on the palate it is soft, round, and warm, very enveloping and structured, capable of engaging the whole mouth and captivating with its long-lasting toasted notes.
