A careful selection of grapes Vermentino di Sardegna DOC, carefully hand-picked and converted to sparkling wine in an autoclave according to the Charmat method, and aged for six months on the yeasts. Through this process the yeast enhances fragrant aromas and allows the formation of a fine and persistent perlage.
Colour: Pale straw-yellow with hints of green. The perlage is fine and persistent.
Bouquet: Intense, fruity yet reminiscent of fresh yellow and white flowers with a light suggestion of crusty bread.
Flavour: Well balanced and structured, fresh and smooth with a pleasant flavour.
Serving Suggestions: This wine is ideal as an aperitif and with the whole meal of fish, shellfish and seafood dishes.
Serving Temperature: 6°C - 7°C

Uno spumante di alta qualità, molto buono alla bevuta direi particolare ed unico, mantiene stabile le bollicine per più giorni, lascia la bocca asciutta ed il palato pieno di armonia, per assaporare questo spumante proveniente direttamente dal nostro mare merita il prezzo, anche se è un po alto.
eccellente, ed è arrivato in un tempo brevissimo
Vermentino eccezionale. Inoltre fa un figurone !
Meglio del miglior champagne. Provare per credere , veramente ottimo
Sottofondo di profumo di mare e di scogli.
