Aging: In steel for 12 months with a month of agitation on the fine lees. Aging in bottle for 6 months

Color: Intense ruby ??red with purple reflections

Bouquet: Rich, with well-defined red fruits, especially blackberry and cherry and hints of spicy notes

Taste: The acidic shoulder that supports alcohol is noticeable; fruity drink with hints of cherry and blackberry, tobacco and black pepper in the finish.
