Dimonios is a Cannonau Reserve dedicated to the Sassari Brigade, the "Dimonios", demons by virtue of the value shown on the battlefields of the Great War. Dimonios is born from vineyards on red clays, capable of imparting finesse and minerality to wines. It has a full and intense ruby ??red color, tending to garnet. The nose offers sensations of ripe red fruit, undergrowth, sweet spices and toasted puffs. In the mouth has a pleasant structure, it is soft and warm, but also sapid, fresh and pleasantly tannic. Accompanies perfectly structured first courses, second courses of meat and medium-aged cheeses.
