The Tirikas by Il Giglio Dolci di Sardegna are delicious, traditional Sardinian sweets, also known as "Tiricche" or "Cozzuli".
The Tirikas, according to northern Sardinia custom, accompanied the rites and celebrations of the Holy Easter.
They are made with a thin sheet of semolina that closes in a ring on a thick cream of sapa (cooked must) or honey. These delicious Tirikas are prepared entirely by hand, and are joyful protagonists of conviviality moments and affectionate meetings.
