From the perfect pedoclimatic balance subsisting between the clayey soil and the typically Mediterranean climate of this part of the island, .
The nose is captivating and stimulates the olfactory research with a good complexity: notes of red flowers, small black fruits such as blackberry, black currant, sharp perceptions of pomegranate, gradually give way to hints of spicy black pepper and a thin trail of mineral of graphite.
The taste emphasizes freshness, enveloping, a tannin of good workmanship and a discreet alcohol component, which support a very balanced and persistent drink.Very adabtable at the table, it matches with platters of cured meats and cheeses and typical Sardinian dishes such as lorighittas with ragù di cockerel and malloreddus Campidanese-style.
