Sardinian fregola with zucchini blossoms, ready to cook. Ideal package size for two people. Fregola is a semolina pasta made from 100% Sardinian durum wheat, crafted artisanally and dried slowly at low temperature (40°C for at least 24 hours).
Cooking time: 8 minutes.
Ingredients: DURUM wheat semolina, water, dried zucchini blossoms 2%, organic Sardinian spices, sea salt from the salt pans of Sardinia.
