Fregola is a semolina pasta made from 100% Sardinian durum wheat, artisanally crafted and slowly dried at a low temperature (40°C for at least 24 hours).
Cooking time: 8 minutes.
Ingredients: DURUM wheat semolina, water, Turri saffron 0.1%, organic Sardinian spices, sea salt from the salt pans of Sardinia.
