Born some time ago from the desire to celebrate the tenth year of the release of the Sienda on the market; the success was such that we often produced it.
In fact it is produced only in years considered exceptional for the old vineyard of over 40 years.
Grapes: 100% Vermentino di Gallura
Denomination: I.G.T. Nuraghi Islands Vermentino
Soil: clayey with a lot of granite decay
Maceration: the must remains in contact with the skins for a few hours at a low temperature
Refinement: 12 months in French oak vats and 12 months in the bottle
Service Temperature:10-12°C
