Alcohol: 13.5% by volume.
Vineyard: vineyards of our winemakers located in the designated areas of Vermentino di Gallura DOCG, Berchidda, and Oschiri.
Grape: 100% Vermentino di Gallura with yields of 70/80 quintals per hectare.
Winemaking: soft pressing, static settling of the must, fermentation at controlled temperature (15-18°C). Inoculation of selected yeasts from the company.
Sensory characteristics: straw yellow color, aroma of Mediterranean herbs and fresh flowers with more mature notes of honey, all enclosed with hints of fresh fruit and tropical notes.The taste is fresh, savory, prolonged, and slender.
Pairing: fish-based dishes, white meats, and vegetarian dishes.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C.
