Alcohol: 13% vol.
Vineyard: vineyards of our winemakers located in the designated areas for Vermentino di Gallura DOCG, Berchidda, and Oschiri.
Grape: 100% Vermentino di Gallura with yields of 80/90 quintals per hectare.
Winemaking: soft pressing, static settling of the must, fermentation at controlled temperature (15-18°C). Inoculation of selected yeasts by the company.
Sensory characteristics: Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, aroma of Mediterranean spices, white flowers, golden apple, and broom. The taste is savory, prolonged, and round.
Pairing: Appetizers, white meats, fish-based dishes, mollusks, and crustaceans.
Excellent as an aperitif.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C.
Contains sulfites.
