Alcohol: 13% vol.
Vineyard: vineyards of our winemakers located in the areas of Berchidda and Oschiri.Grape: Pascale, Bovale, Nieddu Mannu, Merlot, Cabernet, and Sangiovese in the blend.
Winemaking: Destemming-soft pressing, fermentation with yeasts selected by the company, and maceration (10-13 days) in stainless steel fermenters.
Aging for 5-6 months in cement tanks.
Sensory characteristics: Mature red color with violet hues, typical grape aroma with hints of ripe fruit and jam. The taste is warm, prolonged, and round, with a pleasant fleshiness that recalls ripe grapes, and a nice confirmation of the aromas perceived on the nose in the aftertaste.
Pairing: Suitable for the entire meal, excellent with red meats and medium-aged cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16-20°C.
