Raw materials: Selection of the finest myrtle berries (myrtus communis), mainly sourced from Logudoro. Production information and method: Maceration in hydroalcoholic solution of the finest myrtle berries from Logudoro.
The berries, collected and sorted day by day, are introduced into the infusion after careful screening. Thus begins the maceration process to obtain the myrtle infusion that serves as the foundation for this excellent liqueur.
The maceration takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for about 2 months; after this period, the fruit is separated and filtered to obtain the infusion, which is stored in tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve its color and aromas.
