It's the evolution of one of the most popular Sardinian distillates. Obtained through discontinuous steam distillation in a pot still of the finest grape pomace from Sardinia's native grape varieties, the barrel-aged Filuferru gains a new refinement of flavor from several months spent in small wooden barrels.
Serving temperature: 10-12°C
General characteristics: Amber and brilliant color, fine and delicate bouquet, smooth, slightly vanilla-tinged with a fruity aftertaste, well-structured.
Raw materials: Mixed grape pomace from both white and red grapes, distilled separately, from Sardinia's native grape varieties.
Distillation method: Discontinuous steam distillation using a pot still.
