It is a typical grappa, robust, strong, with character and fragrant, whose alcohol content conveys all its vigor. It is obtained from selected grape pomace of Cannonau, a typical grape variety from Sardinia with Spanish origins, grown as a bush vine on the sun-exposed island lands. The intensity and aromatic quality of the grappa come from the pomace of this grape variety, fermented shortly after pressing, particularly fragrant and with excellent alcohol content.
General Characteristics: Clear and bright color, well-structured, robust, dry, spicy, and slightly fruity.
Raw Material: Grape pomace from black Cannonau grapes.
Production Information and Method: Distillation method using discontinuous bain-marie alembic. Manual grape harvest with the selection of the best grapes
