Obtained through steam distillation in a discontinuous alembic of the finest grape pomace from the indigenous grape varieties of Sardinia, the barrel-aged Filuferru gains new refined taste characteristics during its stay in small wooden casks for several months.
Serving Temperature: 10-12°C
General Characteristics: Amber and bright color, fine and delicate bouquet, soft, with a hint of vanilla in the fruity aftertaste, well-structured.
Raw Material: Mixed grape pomace of white and red grapes, separately distilled, from the indigenous grape varieties of Sardinia.
