A typical liqueur of Sardinia obtained through the maceration of wild berries, meticulously handpicked. It boasts a dry taste, pleasantly bitter, and appropriately tannic, skillfully enriched by its time spent in oak barrels, which bestows a new refinement of flavor.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C.Characteristics: Slightly amber color, unique flavors and aromas of the Mediterranean scrublands.
Production information and method: The wild berries, collected day after day and carefully screened, are immersed in the infusion. This initiates the maceration process that takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for about forty days. After this period, the fruit is separated and filtered to obtain the infusion, the base for the liqueur, which is then stored in small oak barrels for a brief period.
