Classification: Distilled Gin. Raw Material: Selection of common Juniper berries, Coccolone Juniper, berries and leaves of myrtle, citrus. Production Method: It is obtained through cold maceration and subsequent distillation of cereal alcohol with a blend of juniper and other botanicals.
Aroma and Taste Characteristics: Clear and bright color. On the nose, you immediately perceive the resin of fresh berries, followed by notes of myrtle and a mix of fresh citrus.
Consumption: Excellent as a post-meal drink, to be enjoyed chilled, on the rocks, and it lends itself well to be used in long drinks, cocktails. Ideal as the main ingredient in a classic "Dry Martini" or a surprising "Gin and Tonic
