Sparkling wine obtained from Vermentino grapes from Sardinia planted and grown in Gallura, the most suitable area in Italy for this grape variety.
This results in an elegant and fresh sparkling wine characterized by the typical aromatic and mineral notes of Vermentino from the Gallura area. Vinified in stainless steel at controlled temperature using the Charmat method, mainly employed to preserve the organoleptic characteristics of the original grape variety when making sparkling wine from aromatic grapes.
With a light straw yellow color and greenish reflections, it boasts a typical fruity aroma and characteristic flavor.
It pairs well with a variety of dishes, from fried food to risotto, and even more complex dishes such as roasted or grilled fish, shellfish served with sauces, roasted or sautéed meats, all the way to a selection of cheeses with mustard.
