It has characteristic aromas of red fruits such as ripe plum, with spicy notes reminiscent of black pepper. On the palate, it is dry and warm with a refined softness balanced by elegant tannins.
Pairings: Roasted meats, grilled dishes, and rich, flavorful cheeses are the perfect matches for this wine, which comes from the ancient native grape variety of the same name.
