Amaretto di Sarule Liqueur is made from sweet almonds, bitter almonds, orange peel, and caramelized sugar. This liqueur captures all the characteristic flavors of S'aranzada, a traditional sweet from the Barbagia region. It was a great success: in 2019 it won the award for Best Liqueur at the Sardinia Food Awards, a showcase of Sardinian agri-food excellence. The essential oils present in the neck of the bottle, derived from the orange peel, are a sign of quality and the entirely artisanal production process. To preserve the organoleptic characteristics of the product, we recommend storing it in a cool place, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Serve preferably chilled or on the rocks.
