Interesting fact: Limonello Zero is the non-alcoholic version of our historic Limonello Ricetta Originale, one of the distillery’s most popular products. It is made through a long cold infusion of lemons in water, with a slow extraction of essential oils from the peels and a small addition of fresh lemon juice. This delicate process preserves the lemon’s full aromatic intensity and natural freshness, creating a surprising product that offers the same tasting experience… but without alcohol.
Serving suggestions: perfect for any time of day: as a digestif, served well chilled straight from the refrigerator; with tonic water (12 cl Limonello Zero + 3 cl tonic water); over ice for a fresh and light drink; or in mocktails to create elegant, citrusy aperitifs. Also excellent served over ice cream or fruit salad.
